John began his career in estate agency in 1987. Educated to degree level with professional industry qualifications including a Technical Award and property related NVQ3, his wealth of experience and local knowledge extends over 28 years. Over the years, having matched hundreds of people to their perfect home, John believes it is crucial to really listen to and understand his client’s needs. He believes that only then can you begin to deliver a bespoke service, which not only achieves a goal, but aims to exceed client expectations. He works closely with his team to instill the ‘First class without compromise’ company ethos. John lives locally with his wife and children.
Zoe joined John Hoole Estate Agents in 2016 but
has had extensive experience working in the industry previously. She has bought
and sold many properties of her own over the years, so knows what it feels like
from the other side of the fence and can relate easily to our vendors and
purchasers, always going the extra mile to make sure that the sales process
runs as smooth as possible for them. Zoe is a qualified copywriter and proof-reader and so brings these skills to the fore when composing the marketing material for our properties. She
loves Brighton with a passion, and is more than happy to chat with people wishing to move into the area if they want to know more about living in the city.
Graham is responsible for delivering independent mortgage advice to clients buying property or re-mortgaging throughout Brighton and Hove. With over 30 years experience in financial services, he also arranges insurance including life cover, critical illness, mortgage payment protection and buildings and contents. He prides himself on his passion, professionalism and building long-term relationships with his clients.
