One of our clients dropped in this photograph, we believe to be in the Victorian era around 1860-1900s. Exeter Street is part of the now popular, Port Hall District. This area was believed to have been built at the turn of the 19th century.

I would like to bring a matter to your attention. It was announced yesterday in the Chancellor’s Autumn statement via the BBC, that anyone purchasing a Buy-To-Let property or second home, will be subject to a 3% surcharge on each stamp duty band. This will come into effect as of April 2016.
