Accompanied viewings

Our sales negotiators will arrange and conduct accompanied viewings at all times. You will be notified by email about every viewing that takes place and we will provide prompt and constructive feedback.

Offers in writing

Once an offer is received, the Branch Manager/Director will telephone you to confirm the details of the offer. The prospective buyer will be properly qualified and each offer followed up in writing as required under current regulations. We will also, if applicable, liaise with various third parties to confirm any chain details.

Professional Sale Management

When a sale is agreed, we will confirm the price and prepare a Memorandum of Sale which will be sent to all parties including solicitors involved in the transaction.
