John Hoole Estate Agents' reputation for selling property in Brighton and Hove has been built on honesty, integrity and professionalism, which often results in past clients returning to us as their chosen agent and recommending us to their family and friends.
Every home we are instructed to sell is personally overseen by the company Director as well as full support from our professional sales team.
With over 25 years' knowledge and experience of the Brighton and Hove market, and having sold hundreds of properties, we can provide you with advice and information to help you make an informed decision.
Accurate valuation is critical to the marketing of any home and that is why we often provide a comprehensive marketing presentation for you at our initial meeting.
Once our valuation and marketing proposal has been accepted, one of our trained property specialists will prepare a full and detailed set of property particulars including professional quality photography, floor plans, energy performance certificates, room descriptions and measurements for your approval.
Our significant investment in advertising ensures your property is seen by thousands of buyers, including OnTheMarket.com the industry's brand new 'agents portal', helping you achieve the best possible price. With immediate effect, your property will appear on the UK market leading websites also including Rightmove and our own brand new interactive website launched in 2019. Simultaneously your home will be delivered to matching buyers via desktop, device and doorstep. In addition, a direct telephone campaign will be launched to gain immediate interest. Our sales negotiators will arrange and conduct accompanied viewings at all times. You will be notified by email about every viewing that takes place and we will provide prompt and constructive feedback.
Once an offer is received, the Branch Manager/Director will telephone you to confirm the details of the offer. The prospective buyer will be properly qualified and each offer followed up in writing as required under current regulations. We will also, if applicable, liaise with various third parties to confirm any chain details.
When a sale is agreed, we will confirm the price and prepare a Memorandum of Sale which will be sent to all parties including solicitors involved in the transaction. Regular weekly updates will be provided to all parties to ensure a smooth transition of the sale right through to final completion of the transaction. Often this is where problems can arise. We go the extra mile to ensure that your future plans can be realised.
